Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Note: this project is still in the process of being legally incorporated. This is a baseline draft privacy policy to comply with GDPR while data is collected through the early-booking form. It must be reviewed by a legal professional and updated with the company’s final tax details (registered name, NIF, registered address) once it is formally incorporated — it does not replace legal advice.

1. Data controller

The data controller for the personal data collected through this website is Toño, promoter of the «Eclipse 2027 Marbella» project, in partnership with Select Marbella Yachts. While the project is in the process of being legally incorporated, data is processed under the individual promoter’s name; this section will be updated with the company’s registered name and tax ID (NIF) once it is formally incorporated.

2. What data do we collect?

Through this website’s early-booking form we only collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, email address, phone number (optional), package of interest, number of people, and any additional message you’d like to leave us.

3. Purpose of processing

  • Handle your request for information or early booking.
  • Contact you to confirm availability, terms and next steps.
  • Send you relevant information about the event and the project, provided you have given your consent to do so.

We do not use your data for any purpose other than those stated, nor do we subject it to automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given when you submit this website’s form.

5. Data retention

We will keep your data for as long as there is a mutual interest in doing so (for example, while we handle your booking) and, in any case, until you request its deletion. Once the relationship has ended, the data will be kept blocked for the legally required periods.

6. Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. As the project progresses (for example, when working with nautical or guide suppliers to manage your booking), this policy will be updated to reflect which third parties data is shared with and for what purpose.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@eclipsemarbella.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your data has not been processed in accordance with the regulations.

8. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated as the project progresses (legal incorporation of the company, onboarding of suppliers, new contact channels). We will publish any relevant changes on this same page.

Have any questions about how we use your data? Write to us at info@eclipsemarbella.com.
